Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – HairBeauty

We offer a 5- day return policy for most items.

General Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Electrical Tools

  • Electrical tools include a 6-month warranty.

  • Within this period, faulty items may be repaired or replaced.

  • After 6 months, items will not be accepted for return/inspection.

  • However, we can refer you to a trusted service provider for repairs.

Damages & Issues

Check your order on delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges/replacements are offered if stock is available.

  • Refunds are only provided if the product is unavailable.

  • Reimbursements may be issued where suitable.
